Too bad about the dig, is that the only camera you've ever had(I could swear you had another)? And it's not that cold, wear layers...and bears? Really? No better excuse?

WHAT?! WHAT BETTER EXCUSE IS THERE THAN BEARS?! Bah!

Nah, I still have my 35mm SLR, but again, it gets pricey. I liked my little snapshot cam, but I'm pretty sure it'll just be cheaper to buy a new one. I took it apart and tried to clean it, but I can't get the lense off the LCD screen, so it's toast. *sad panda* It was a really nice little cam.

I beat it a few times. If you know what you're doing, Smithy's not that tough. Just long.

Poor *sad panda*. Here's a different level of geeky; I'm looking at this right now: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonydslra900/ Probly is going to cost $5k to make the switch but I think it'll be worth it. Now just need to start making cash at this whole 'photography' thing...

The think with WiiWare & all this DLC, I find anyways, is that for the same money at the movie theater you'll probably get at least twice as much entertainement timewise. Makes it easy to justify. Though alot doesn't need justification, Super Metroid is still amazing after all these years & I can't wait for Earthbound (Mother2) to come out.

I wasn't overly impressed with the selection in the wii shop either, but they'll probably keep adding titles for DL. I got Wii points for Christmas so I want to use them wisely :)

All these games can be easily obtained for free to play on your PC ( the WiiWare ones ).

Unfortunately -- sitting at your desk and playing Super Metroid doesn't really compare to lounging on your couch and playing it on the TV.

So I started playing Mario RPG yesterday. Yup, retardedly fun. I had to stop when I was bested by trying to jump from one moving platform to another and a little too out of it for hand eye coordination to work, but managed to get both me and my non-tadpole minion to level 6 each. Good times!

Super Mario RPG beats the shit out of Paper Mario. Every time I try to play paper mario, i just wish it was Mario RPG.

I saw Shadowrun in EBGames the other day. I havn't seen that since high school! Only problem is the PC version only works on Vista; and I sure-as-hell ain't converting. I think it's available on Xbox360 but not sure. Anyone else play it? Is it worth picking up a new console?

I play 360 and i enjoy the games i get... i have a few i havent played yet because of others im enjoying. I never played shadow run but i know this system dose have a good library of games. Im playing "Left for Dead", a game MADE for online play but is possible to play offline, but do your self a favor and buy a NEW one. less head aches. i know EB has a promotion that if you trade in 5 games off of a set list (PC, PSP, DS, PS3, 360, etc.) then the price shrinks for a new 360 or PS3.

Just kinda curious is all. I played D&D in high school and most of the guys played Shadowrun(old pen and paper) as well. From what I remember it was pretty awesome. Just not sure how the new computer version held up. Again...I won't touch Vista but I''m interested in playing. So that leaves Xbox360 until they release the license.
